Included training with equipment delivery.

As a standard, we provide staff training directly after delivery and installation. This training is free of charge. The staff is introduced to the equipment operation, safety instructions, and cleaning procedures. All information is also included in the operating instructions, which we provide with the equipment.

Professional courses.

Professional training led by one of our chefs is an essential part of staff preparation. If you want to maximize the potential of the delivered equipment and make kitchen operations more efficient, proper setup to match your menu — and the staff’s ability to adjust the equipment as needed — can save you countless hours and costs.

We also provide specialized training and courses directly with the manufacturers of the equipment we supply, or with our partners such as pizzaioli, chefs, pastry and bakery masters, and chocolatiers.
